Capital Partners are now the recognised leaders in training
programmes for securitization both for public and in-house courses. Our
courses take place all over the world and have received “excellent”
scores by over 80% of the 1000 delegates who have attended (that’s about
10% of the estimated securitization practitioners worldwide!).
The courses are all based on cash flow modelling in Excel. They have been developed specifically for the international securitization market in conjunction with the rating agency criteria. The modules are based on both the current criteria as well as detailed discussions with the relevant rating agencies.
Theory
Combined with Practical Exercises and Programming
All the courses have both theory and practical elements. A great deal of emphasis is placed on encouraging delegates to think through the securitization issues and develop programming methods.

Free
Course Software that is Invaluable to Securitization!
Creative Capital Partners have developed specialist software for the teaching of the delegates. Although it has been written for teaching purposes, it can be used for in the workplace for asset-backed securities and is rating agency compliant. The software would cost over €5,000 to purchase but is provided free of charge on CD Rom to all delegates.
Pre
Course Reading
All courses have pre-course reading material which should be delivered to delegates up to 2 weeks prior to the course date through the internet.
Homework
& Follow Up
During the course, delegates are provided with homework exercises (non-computer). These are designed to enhance the following day’s modules through the understanding of the questions.
After the course, Creative Capital Partners have their own dedicated websites where delegates can download updates to the material. All trainers are available via email after the course to take questions.
Each module has been designed to be completed in 2 hours. Of that approximately 40 minutes is given over to the theory and the remaining 1 hour 20 minutes to the practical exercise. Each delegate has a PC loaded with at least 64Mbytes of RAM, a copy of Office 97 and a PDF Reader.
